HCI Paving Solutions is the premier commercial paving contractor in Oklahoma and the greater Oklahoma City metro area. The founder, Allen Stine, has 20 plus years of expertise in the paving industry, starting out in construction consulting and advising 10 years ago. He then worked primarily with homeowners’ associations and property management companies on their maintenance plans, setting budgets, goals and more. Allen decided to take his knowledge a step further in 2018 and established HCI Paving Solutions. Today, HCI Paving Solutions is a full-service asphalt contractor.

We know how important a paving investment is to each of our clients, which is why we use only the highest quality materials that meet Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) specifications. Although it isn’t common practice to use higher quality materials within mix designs, we still do because it is all about quality material in the end and taking pride in our workmanship.
